|Birth Name||Georges Antoni|
|The Face AUS||Season 1-present|
Georges Antoni is an Australian fashion photographer and television host who is best known as being a former judge on both Australia's Next Top Model and Project Runway Australia. He is currently the host of The Face Australia.
Born in Queensland, Georges Antoni is one of Australia’s most successful and sought after fashion photographers, but it wasn’t always his intended career path.
After completing a university degree in Commerce/Law, Georges started out in Customer Marketing for Coca Cola, before moving on to PricewaterhouseCoopers as a strategic consultant. From there he went on to set up a chain of health food shops, and by pure chance ended up in photography.
Georges’ global star rose rapidly, and he was soon ensconced in the top echelons of Australian photography. He is now undeniably one of the best photographers of our time in this country, and in demand around the world.
Shooting from Sydney to Singapore, New York to Dubai, Georges has won clients with his natural talent, incredible technical knowledge, skills with execution and composition and his easy going nature, ensuring his calendar is booked solid constantly.
Georges’ polished aesthetic is a signature style that is all his own. His creative flair for concept creation and execution result in stunning images that are a little bit different, a little unworldly, and always impressive.
With an international reputation for beautifully constructed and stylised photographs, Georges has shot for every major fashion magazine in Australia including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Grazia and Oyster. His numerous high-end clients include Virgin Airlines, Oroton, Westfield, Goldwell, Berlei and Sportsgirl, and he has worked with high-profile models and celebrities including Rihanna, Miranda Kerr, Jennifer Hawkins and Dita Von Teese.
In 2006 Georges signed on as a regular judge on the second season of Australia’s Next Top Model, and has appeared as a guest photographer in every series since. He also appeared as a photographer and guest judge in season four of Project Runway Australia (2012).
